What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects from concept to commissioning
* Lead the design, installation, and delivery of hygienic liquid processing systems (e.g., pasteurisers, CIP, blending, filling lines)
* Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects meet commercial and technical goals
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including Health & Safety and CDM regulations
* Collaborate across departments and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
* Produce risk assessments, method statements, and project documentation
* Travel to client sites across the UK and mainland Europe (with occasional overnight stays)
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience delivering engineering projects in hygienic process environments
* Strong understanding of capital plant and packaging equipment for the food, beverage, and pharma industries
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX a bonus)
* Familiar with H&S, CDM regulations, and industry best practices
* Strong communicator and logical problem-solver with commercial awareness
* Able to manage multiple projects independently and work under pressure
Key Skills & Qualifications
* Engineering degree, HND/HNC, or equivalent hands-on experience (apprenticeship considered)
* Full UK driving licence
* GCSEs in English and Maths (A–C or equivalent)
* Comfortable with hybrid working and travel
