We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic front of house manager to lead our cafe team and deliver exceptional service.
The Role
As Front of House Manager, you will oversee the daily running of the cafe floor ensuring smooth service, strong team leadership and a consistently high standard of customer experience.
This is a hands on role- leading by example during busy service while managing staff, rotas, and standards behind the scenes.

* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality

Key responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and manage the front of house team
* oversee daily service to ensure efficiency and quality
* Create a welcoming ,positive atmosphere for customers
* Manage staff rotas and holiday requests
* Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
* Support recruitment and staff training
* Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards
* Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth service flow
* Monitor till systems, cash handling and daily reporting
