Job Description
3. Provide administrative support to the Team
4. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
5. Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
6. Maintain and organise files and records.
7. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
8. Prepare documents and correspondence as needed.
9. Ensure the reception area is presentable and well-maintained.
10. Assist with other clerical duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Personal Assistant/Secretary should have:
11. Previous experience in a Legal PA and or Legal Secretary role.
12. Previous experience with documentation is required
13. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
14. Proficiency in standard office software and tools.
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
16. A professional and approachable demeanour
