The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Rugby area. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers (CAT C+E) to join the team. This is also a fantastic opportunity for new pass drivers as full training is offered to prepare new drivers for the assessment.
Hours:Nights across Monday to Sunday with various start times available, average shift length of 12 hours.
Pay Rates:
Monday - Thursday : £17.60 PAYE / £19.72 With Holiday Pay
Friday: £18.31 PAYE / £20.52 With Holiday Pay
Saturday: £19.55 PAYE / £21.91 With Holiday Pay
Sunday: £20.63 PAYE / £23.12 With Holiday Pay

The role:
Trunking between depots, ensuring timely and safe delivery of parcels.
Collect parcels from well-known customers, including full trailer collections, drop and swap operations.
Handle occasional push roller cages as needed, assisting sites with movement when required.
Reversing in the yard and manoeuvring vehicles with precision, including shunting duties when required.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle, ensuring roadworthiness and compliance with company standards.
