Your Key Responsibilities:
* Support the day-to-day operations of the Europe & Central Eurasia (ECE) BCC team, overseeing key operational priorities as defined by the Content Ops & Production Director.
* Drive our content transformation ambitions by exploring innovative production and transcreation approaches, including smart production and content automation.
* Assist in defining optimal ways of working across capability pillars and campaigns to enhance our brand impact.
* Ensure agencies and partners meet their commitments, establishing ongoing review processes to track progress.
* Oversee budget management for the BCC team, collaborating with the Finance team for regular reporting and budget adherence.
* Support the deployment and measurement of globally or regionally defined Brand Content processes and operational workflows.
* Manage and measure team outputs, defining KPIs and benchmarks to assess impact and drive continuous improvement.
