About The Role
Our Sales team drives customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business globally. Each team operates like a special forces unit: prospecting, acquiring, and activating customers with a solution-oriented approach to rapidly grow our customer base.
We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive, a relationship-focused expert, to identify prospective enterprise customers. You will leverage your knowledge of our full product suite to provide holistic solutions, retain, and deepen relationships, and promote adoption of new features.

What You'll Be Doing
* Qualify enterprise customers from a prospective list and establish genuine relationships with new and existing businesses
* Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs, collaborating with Product Owners and Sales Specialists to provide comprehensive solutions
* Activate new customers and deepen existing relationships
* Become a public champion for Revolut within the enterprise domain
* Manage and build a strategic sales pipeline based on enterprise customer usage, not SaaS
What You'll Need
* Fluency in English and Italian
* 5+ years of experience in sales or business development in a fast-paced B2B environment, preferably financial services
* Proven success selling software, SaaS, or web services to large enterprise accounts with long sales cycles and sizeable deals
* Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
* Excellent relationship-building skills with high-level decision-makers, ideally C-suite executives
* Ability to transition from strategic planning to supporting customers during initial setup and early usage
* Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events, subject to local policies
* Solid technical foundation to understand payments infrastructure, FX, merchant acquiring, etc.
