Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Chinley
Salary: £30,441.65 (Includes shift allowance)
Job type: Permanent, Full Time. 42.5 hours per week - (Rotating shift pattern, one week day's, one week nights Monday - Thursday)
We're looking for a reliable and practical Production Operative to support the compounds teams. This is a hands-on role involving setting up plant and machinery, handling raw materials, packing finished product, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

1. Mixing polymer, additives and pigments to set formulations
2. Measuring out raw materials accurately as per the compound 'recipe'
3. Loading these materials into hoppers for mixing (this requires lifting up to 25kg)
