New Business Team Assistant

Job Role
We are looking for an additional team member to work within our New Business Team, as the first point of contact for prospective clients, an exceptional telephone manner and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contacting new referred clients to obtain information.
* Conflict Checking.
* Accurate File opening.
* Ordering a processing ID and Source of Funds checks.
* Processing Memorandum of Sales.
* Updating various online portals.
* Initial documentation to new clients.
* To work within an agreed SLA to ensure that all new enquiries are dealt with, managed and followed up in a timely manner.
* Carry out all aspects of new client and matter onboarding.
* To represent the company in a professional and approachable manner at all times
* Build effective communication links with prospective clients and colleagues, liaising regularly with internal departments.
* Ask the right questions to ensure that we fully understand the client's needs, promoting other service areas where necessary & triaging the enquiry as required.
* Ensure that proper records are kept and recorded in terms of Source of Business, contact information, and any other relevant information, for marketing purposes.
* Scheduling follow-up communications with new business clients.
* Work alongside colleagues to ensure that we deliver an exceptional client experience.
* Ensure that all internal processes are followed.
Person Specification
This role requires a high level of keyboard, clerical and interpersonal skills including use of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel, previous experience using a case management system would be beneficial. A high attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential as you will be the first contact for our new clients and responsible for the start of their journey with Levi Solicitors.
If you have previous experience in a similar administration role and are assertive, articulate and self-confident while being passionate about offering a first-class customer service to our clients then this role may be for you.
