Interim M&A Advisor – Facilities Management
Contract: 3–6 months
Location: UK (flexible / remote)

We are seeking an experienced M&A Advisor to support a live transaction in the Facilities Management sector. This is a hands-on interim role, suited to a senior advisor with strong deal execution experience and the ability to operate at pace.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as lead advisor on a Facilities Management M&A transaction
* Support LOI negotiation, including commercial terms and earn-out structures
* Advise on and structure earn-outs, ensuring alignment with operational realities
* Manage the due diligence process, coordinating advisors, data rooms, and management input
* Work closely with shareholders, management teams, legal and financial advisors
* Provide pragmatic, commercial guidance through to completion
Required Experience
* Proven M&A advisory experience, ideally ex-investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction services
* Direct experience in Facilities Management or related services sectors
* Strong track record negotiating LOIs and Heads of Terms
* Deep understanding and practical experience with earn-out mechanisms
* Demonstrated ability to run and manage DD processes end-to-end
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, interim environments
