An opportunity has arisen for a values-driven Director of Governance, to provide strategic leadership across four critical functions: Governance & Company Secretariat, Legal Services, Risk & Compliance, and Regulatory Assurance. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining organisational integrity, transparency and accountability while supporting the delivery of strategic priorities. About the role This senior leadership position provides strategic oversight of governance, legal and compliance frameworks. The role advises the Executive and Boards, oversees relationships with regulators such as the Regulator of Social Housing, FCA and Charity Commission, and ensures the organisation meets and exceeds all legal, regulatory and ethical obligations.
