Opportunity to deliver outstanding customer service and technical supportDuties of the Assistant Centre Manager:
Assist the Centre Manager in overseeing daily workshop operations as an Assistant Centre Manager
Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
Supervise and support technicians and fast-fit staff members
Organise appointment schedules and optimise workflow efficiencies
Maintain health and safety compliance within the workshop
Promote additional services to meet and exceed sales targets
Contribute to fostering a positive, productive team environmentRequirements for the Assistant Centre Manager role:
Proven experience within a fast-fit or automotive service environment
Demonstrable leadership and team motivation skills
Strong organisational and communication abilities
Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
