Beach Baker is delighted to be partnering with a leading global property consultancy to appoint an Associate‑level RICS Registered Valuer to join their expanding commercial valuation team in Bristol.

🔍 Key Responsibilities
5. Act as a key contact for clients, delivering consistently high‑quality valuation advice
6. Produce Red Book-compliant valuations for loan security, financial reporting and fund/portfolio purposes
7. Inspect properties, analyse comparables and undertake detailed valuations
8. Prepare high‑quality valuation reports and present findings directly to clients
9. Support workflow planning, internal QA processes and continuous improvement
10. Collaborate with colleagues across UK offices and complementary service lines
11. Contribute to business development activities including bids, proposals and RFPs
12. Mentor junior colleagues and support their technical development
13. Ensure compliance with internal risk, regulatory and professional standards
✅ Person Specification
14. Degree in Real Estate, Surveying or a relevant property discipline
15. MRICS (ideally 4+ years PQE) with Registered Valuer status
16. Strong understanding of valuation standards, methods and market drivers
17. Proficient in ARGUS Enterprise/Developer and Excel
18. Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
19. Confident communicator with excellent client‑facing ability
20. Highly organised and comfortable managing a busy, fast‑paced workload
21. Works well both independently and as part of a wider team
22. Full UK driving licence
