You will drive performance, set standards, and create a positive service culture focused on improving outcomes and changing lives for the better. You will be responsible for ensuring services are effectively resourced, promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion for the people supported. This role requires an experienced leader who can confidently support individuals with complex needs, including behaviours that may require intensive support planning and proactive management to ensure safety, wellbeing, and quality of life.
