We have a new opportunity for a Hire Administrator to join our team in Belfast In this role you will be: Receiving customer calls and dealing with customer requests in an efficient and professional manner. Scheduling deliveries and collections and working with the branch-based logistics team to ensure delivery commitments are met. Working with the workshop team to ensure plant and vehicles are prepared as required to meet customer expectations. Ensuring that all transactions and interactions are documented, filed, and are traceable as required. Work effectively and in partnership with the branch-based management, sales, and operational functions.
