Customer Service Advisor (Maternity Cover)
Based in Smethwick • £12.50 per hour • Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Fridays: 8:00am - 3:15pm
What You'll Be Doing
* Handling calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and warmth
* Communicating clearly with customers and suppliers
* Providing accurate product and service information
* Keeping detailed records using internal systems
* Using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) confidently
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth customer journeys
* Staying up to date with our products, services, and policies
* Approaching tasks with reliability, consistency, and attention to detail
What We\'re Looking For
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A positive, can-do attitude and genuine desire to help
* Confidence using Microsoft Office
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Methodical, reliable, and well-organised
* Comfortable working with customers from all backgrounds
