Home Manager – Nursing & Residential Care Home
Location: Harlow, Essex
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000

The home is CQC rated ‘Good’ in all areas and operates at full occupancy, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to continue driving quality, stability, and strong resident outcomes.

The Role
As Home Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Leading the operational and clinical management of a large service
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards

* Managing staffing, budgets, and performance outcomes
* Championing continuous improvement and high-quality person-centred care
* Leading and motivating a large, diverse team

About You
We are looking for a proven Home Manager who can demonstrate:
* Experience managing medium-to-large care homes (80+ beds)
* Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills
* A history of achieving positive CQC outcomes
* Commitment to delivering exceptional and bespoke care
* Confidence managing multidisciplinary teams and complex care environments
Nurse qualification is not mandatory; however, RGN/RMN/RNLD-qualified candidates with large-home management experience represent the preferred profile for this role.
