Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00-5:30
About the role:
Are you a natural communicator with a flair for problem-solving? Join us as a Partner Support Advisor and become the friendly expert our partners rely on. You’ll be on the front line of our Partner Operations Help Desks, offering guidance, support, and technical know-how that keeps things running smoothly. Your knack for building trust and delivering outstanding service will make you a key contributor to the success of Onecom Partners.
What makes you a great fit:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Eager to learn and quick to pick up new systems
* Comfortable using computers in a fast-paced setting
* Capable of problem-solving with confidence
* Technical aptitude or experience in telecoms is a bonus
* Able to build rapport and support partners with empathy and professionalism
Key responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong partner relationships through daily interactions
* Provide technical support across Data connectivity, VoIP, and Mobile telephony
* Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone
* Troubleshoot issues and escalate where necessary
* Represent the Partner Operations Help Desks with confidence and care
* Contribute to a positive, solutions-focused team environment
