Our client, known for its client-centric approach, commitment to excellence, and forward-thinking vision, is seeking to appoint an Assistant HR Manager for a period of 6 months.
Role Overview
This is a dynamic role within the People and Culture (P&C) team, supporting the delivery of employee lifecycle processes and ensuring operational excellence on a day-to-day basis.
The responsibilities include maintaining data integrity, supporting line managers on employee matters, and contributing to projects across jurisdictions.
The Assistant Manager is expected to work with some autonomy while supporting and deputising for senior team members as appropriate.
Qualifications & Experience
A relevant qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution OR
A minimum of 5 years HR-related experience
Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations
