Locations: Scottish IslandsPay: £21 Umbrella | £17.91 PAYE (Rolled Up)Contract: Minimum 3 months | Shift work including 07:00-22:00 and nights | Accommodation Provided
Role Overview
We are recruiting Residential Care Assistants to support residents within care home settings across island locations. This role focuses on delivering compassionate, high-quality care and promoting independence and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene)
* Assisting with nutrition and daily living needs
* Leading and participating in meaningful activities
* Working within a multidisciplinary care team
* Following strict health, safety, and infection control procedures
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year experience in residential care
* Willingness to work long days and night shifts
* Driving licence preferred but not essential
