Job Description
About the company:
HANetf is Europe’s first independent white-label ETF and ETC platform, providing a full turnkey solution for asset managers seeking to launch and grow ETFs in Europe. The firm was founded by ETF industry veterans Hector McNeil and Nik Bienkowski and brings together deep expertise across product development, capital markets, distribution and marketing.
HANetf’s service proposition operates across two complementary areas:
White-label ETF platform for asset managers
HANetf partners with asset managers globally to design, launch and manage UCITS ETFs and ETCs in Europe. Through its white-label platform, HANetf provides the infrastructure and expertise required to bring products to market efficiently, including structuring, regulatory authorisation, service provider coordination, listings, capital markets support and ongoing product management.
Distribution and promotion to fund buyers and selectors
In parallel, HANetf supports the growth and visibility of the funds on its platform by promoting them to institutional investors, wealth managers, private banks and professional fund buyers across Europe. This includes marketing, events, research, media engagement and direct distribution support to help partner issuers access European capital.
The Marketing team plays a central role across both sides of the business — supporting asset-manager partners looking to launch ETFs while also promoting the full HANetf platform and its range of funds to the investor community.
About the Role:
As HANetf continues to grow across Europe and globally, events and webinars play an increasingly important role in supporting both our issuer partnerships and investor distribution activity. The Marketing team currently has a dedicated resource leading the events and webinar programme, and with a growing calendar of proprietary events, roadshows, webinars and third-party conferences, we are expanding the team to support this function.
This role is being created to help scale the delivery of our events and webinar activity and ensure the programme continues to run efficiently as the business grows. The successful candidate will work very closely with the existing events and webinar lead, as well as the wider Marketing and Sales teams, to plan, promote and execute the full calendar of in-person and virtual events. The structure of the team will evolve with the growth of the business, but this role will be central to the day-to-day delivery of the events programme and will collaborate closely with colleagues across marketing, sales and product to ensure all activity is delivered to a consistently high standard.
