Overview of the role:
To provide administrative support our manufacturer client in Rochdale.
This is a full time role working Monday to Thursday 08:30-16:30 and Friday 08:30-12:00
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing orders on the system
* Updating the order book
* Check system is showing correct stock
* Creating cutting specification sheets
* Communicating with the pleaters
* Processing invoices
* General office administration tasks
Skills, experience and education requirements:
* Good PC/administration skills
* Good excel skills
* An excellent communicator
* Customer focused
* Ready to get stuck in and support the team
* Meticulous for getting things right first time
* Well organised and good at prioritising multiple tasks
