Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Lead to oversee manufacturing operations within our facility. Duties
* Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality requirements.
* Coordinate and lead assembly teams, providing guidance and support to optimise productivity.
* Operate and oversee the use of hand tools and power tools for assembly and maintenance tasks.
* Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
* Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Train new team members on operational procedures, safety protocols, and equipment handling.
* Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance indicators.
* Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels and material flow effectively.
Experience
* Proven experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
* Demonstrated ability to assemble components accurately and efficiently.
* Familiarity with production planning, quality control, and safety procedures.
* Previous experience leading or supervising teams within a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
