Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including commercial establishments and hotels. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
* Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, lobbies, restrooms, and guest rooms in hotels.
* Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests or inquiries in a friendly manner.
* Assist with additional tasks as required, including light cooking duties when necessary.
* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is needed.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is preferred but not essential.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

Pay: £12.21-£12.80 per hour
