Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales/Customer Service Merchandiser. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in merchandising, a strong customer service background, solid computer skills (especially Excel), and excellent spoken and written English.
You will be responsible for stock allocation for both retail and wholesale, managing assortment, supporting sales, and assisting the customer service teams with enquiries during peak periods. A good understanding of online and wholesale markets is preferred.

* Good telephone manners, able to take initiative and work independently.
* Understanding of stock allocation, stock process, and ability to implement such processes.
* Monitoring stock movements and managing inventory levels.
* Replenishing stock based on sales data.
