We are looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer to work for a legal claims client in Rawtenstall it is an on site role not remote Job Role Redesign Our SaaS and Build Our Design Foundations We’re looking for a UI/UX Lead Designer to take ownership of design across our SaaS platform and broader business. This role is about more than just UI polish — it’s about building a scalable design system, leading a team, and driving a full product redesign from the ground up. You’ll reimagine our bespoke in-house CRM, transforming it into a white-label SaaS product, while ensuring design consistency across everything we create — from product UI to emails and marketing collaterals. Along the way, you’ll set up design best practices, champion accessibility, and help hire and mentor additional designers. Redesign our bespoke CRM SaaS platform from scratch into a scalable, white-label solution Build and maintain a design system/style guide that unifies product and brand design Own our Figma infrastructure — component libraries, prototyping, and workflows Champion accessibility standards (WCAG) and design best practices Mentor and manage graphic/UI designers, helping grow an in-house design team Partner with leadership to recruit additional design talent Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver consistent user experiences Extend our design system beyond digital — into emails, print, and internal communications Requirements 6 years in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a lead/management role Expert-level Figma knowledge (libraries, prototyping, collaboration) Proven experience building and maintaining design systems at scale Strong UX background — usability testing, research, accessibility SaaS or B2B product design experience (CRM experience is a plus) Portfolio showing end-to-end product design Strong communication and leadership skills — able to mentor and influence across teams Comfortable in a fast-moving, startup-style environment Preferred Qualifications Experience designing white-label products or multi-brand systems Familiarity with front-end practices (React, CSS) to collaborate with engineers Background in both product and brand/marketing design Experience in SaaS startups or scale-ups Knowledge of email and print design alongside digital Why Join Us?
