We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our transport desk based in Burton-on-Trent. Hours : Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, early finishes on a Friday! Pay : Negotiable depending on industry experience Location : Needwood, DE13 9PD Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract HGV drivers to support current and new clients within the transport and logistics industry Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate registrations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs/requirements Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements Contacting prospect clients via Business Development (cold-calling/networking etc.) Due to the nature of this role, it is essential you have access to your own transport Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years recruitment experience within either the transport/logistics or industrial/warehousing industry Please click apply if you are interested in working within a fast-growing company and want to work with a great team!
