Abingdon. This is an exciting opportunity where youll work as part of an engaged and motivated team, for a company committed to reward and recognition for a job well done. Millbrook Healthcare Group work in partnership with the NHS to supply the necessary equipment and aids to support people in their day to day life. You will be specialising in administering outstanding customer service within our ceiling track hoist and stairlift division across Oxford and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
* Assist and manage incoming calls and answer any customer queries
* Coordinating equipment orders to be delivered, installed and collected
* Entering equipment orders via the online system on behalf of service users, family, carers and prescribers
* Order analysis by checking, identifying and reporting any errors made via online orders
* Invoicing and entering of orders via the online system
* General administration that supports daily activities and duties
* Assisting with selecting appropriate stock in the warehouse for technicians, ensuring stock is recorded and maintained
* Assisting with annual stock checks.
* Experience in a similar, busy and fast paced customer service environment.
Qualifications and Experience
* Relevant telephone based customer service experience is preferred
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Previous experience of administration, order processing and scheduling of workloads
* Professional and confident manner via telephone and email
* Previous stock management experience would be advantageous but is not essential
* Competent IT skills with Microsoft Office programmes and ability to learn new systems
