We are recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturing organisation for a Condition Monitoring Technician to join a site-based Engineering & Maintenance team. This role is key to improving asset reliability, plant availability, and predictive maintenance performance within a large-scale industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out condition monitoring data collection and analysis
* Support fault finding and troubleshooting across plant and process equipment
* Improve the reliability and availability of production and CHP assets
* Communicate effectively with production and maintenance teams
* Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
* Participate in a call-out rota
* Support continuous improvement in maintenance practices
Sklls & Experience Required
* Time-served engineer with a recognised apprenticeship
* Qualified to HNC level (or equivalent)
* Experience in a manufacturing or process environment
* Working towards or holding CAT II Vibration Analysis certification
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Computer literate with a proactive, self-motivated approach
