Reference: 1cf491ed I am looking for regular support from a self-employed PA available for 4-hour shifts weekly in Fishponds area in Bristol. I am usually a charity director and creative producer for dance by trade and morris dancer out of hours, but long covid / ME / Chronic Fatigue currently have other plans for me (mainly fatigue, brain fog and heart issues). I'm on long term sick leave and have had to swap my usually physical life for crochet and embroidery while I'm recovering. I am neurodiverse (dyslexia, autism and ADHD) which doesn't play nicely with the CFS, which makes day-to-day living tasks more challenging. I'm hoping to find a PA to support me with basic chores around the house and life and health admin, plus occasionally dog walks and transport to appointments. I expect tasks to include: creating and prioritising to do lists, checking progress of various health referrals, certain cleaning duties, heavier laundry (eg bed clothes & towels), changing bed clothes, batch cooking (occasional), support booking health appointments, planning trips away to see friends/family/hooliday incl dog sitters/walkers and travel. I'm happy to agree the scope of the role with the right person. I'm anticipating 4-hours per week, this could be 2x 2h shifts per week or 1x 4h shift per week.
