Salary: £25,000 - 30,000 per year Requirements: Recent graduate with customer service experience Strong problem-solving skills Well-developed communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to prioritize work based on importance and impact Good organization and time management skills Interest in learning new topics and technologies Ability to work as part of a team, especially with technical contacts Knowledge of Logistics/E-Commerce industry (preferred but not required) Experience using Salesforce/Service Cloud (preferred but not required) Experience delivering projects (preferred but not required) Knowledge of/Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (preferred but not required) Must pass a Basic Disclosure & Barring Services check Able to work a full 40-hour week Responsibilities: Provide customer onboarding for Fulfilment Customers and serve as first line support for customer issues with the IT team Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment bookings and integration issues Work with the Support and System Infrastructure Team to address any raised issues Assist the sales team with integration-related information for potential customers Be point of contact for customers during the integration process until they are live Gather requirements and technical specifications from customers and departments Participate in internal projects by managing information requests and organizing testing Technologies: Cloud Support Salesforce More: We are an international company based in Slough, passionate about promoting diversity, inclusion, and equality.
