Responsibilities
* Conduct technical testing, evaluation, verification, and validation of products and systems
* Provide vehicle‑related technical expertise to guide product development and resolve engineering challenges
* Support and improve installation and application processes, reducing time and enhancing user experience
* Carry out benchmarking, troubleshooting, and performance analysis of new and existing products
* Lead the installation and setup of trial systems on vehicles, both in‑house and for customers
* Contribute to documentation, prototype builds, and technical reporting
Qualifications
* Offer technical support and training to internal teams and customers
* Hands‑on experience with vehicle electrical systems (HGV or commercial vehicle experience preferred)
* Confident in installation, diagnosis, and modification of electrical components and systems
* Familiar with Microsoft 365 and standard technical documentation tools
* Methodical, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated, with a strong sense of ownership
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams
* Flexibility to travel within the UK and support vehicle trials when needed
