The White Eagle, Rhoscolyn, is looking for their next chef de partie to join our team under the guidance of our new head chef.
Hours: 40 hours per week plus overtime
Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour plus gratuity

The role:
* Preparation and execution of high-quality food for our guests, achieving our standards and order of service.
* Effectively run a section of a busy kitchen, managing orders, workloads, and maintaining standards.
* Assist the Sous Chef with creating daily specials and evolving the menu.
* Manage your own section of the kitchen.
* Work closely with junior team members to support their development.
* Lead by example and foster a culture of kindness among colleagues.
* Assist with record keeping, deep cleaning, and H&S procedures and compliance.
