What will you be doing?
Responsibilities include:
* Recognising and reporting vehicle defects or symptoms of failure.
* Examining vehicles and reporting on their condition, safety, and performance (MOT).
* Protecting vehicles under repair and inspecting for damage and cleanliness.
* Attending recognised courses and assisting in training apprentices.
* Seeking permission before fitting parts not previously authorised and returning parts for warranty and inspection.
* Completing all documentation accurately and fully.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30, with flexibility.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum Level 2 City and Guilds (or equivalent) in Vehicle Repair.
* Experience in diagnostics and computer use.
* A full UK driving licence.
* A strong team player mentality.
* The ability to work to a high standard.
