In this role, you’ll lead the Revenue Assurance function, managing a small, high-performing team responsible for billing accuracy, revenue optimisation, and financial control. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to improve processes, enhance data integrity, and maximise profitability through detailed billing system analysis and supplier reconciliations. This is a hands-on leadership role combining operational excellence, process improvement, and team development. The title for this role is Revenue Assurance Manager.
What we’re looking for
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
* 5+ years’ experience in revenue assurance (telecoms or financial services preferred)
* Proven leadership experience managing small teams
* Strong understanding of billing systems, reconciliations, and financial controls
* Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualisation tools desirable
* Knowledge of telecom billing platforms (e.g. Symbill) highly advantageous
* Experience improving reporting, data accuracy, and process efficiency
