Your Responsibilities Will Include
As a Lecturer in Engineering, you will be instrumental in fostering a high-quality, inclusive learning environment that prepares students for successful careers in a rapidly evolving field. Your key duties will involve:
Deliver engaging, inclusive, and high-quality learning experiences aligned with curriculum requirements.
Assist in designing and enhancing course content to meet industry standards.
Support student recruitment, retention, and progression through targeted guidance and development.
Maintain compliance with programme regulations, quality assurance processes, and industry best practices.
Stay up to date with advancements in electrical installations and teaching methodologies.
We are seeking candidates with a strong foundation in Engineering, and it would be particularly advantageous for applicants to specialise in one of the following areas: Mechanical, Electrical or Automation. Your expertise in any of these areas will allow you to bring real-world insights to your teaching, preparing students for the specific challenges and opportunities within these high-demand sectors.
