Job Description
1. Perform general office duties
2. Record financial transactions
3. Handle accounts payable and receivable
4. Code invoices appropriately for Xero, QuickBooks, and SAGE software packages
5. Record cash receipts and manage bank deposits
6. Maintain petty cash
7. Provide administrative and clerical support as needed
8. Perform additional bookkeeping duties as assigned by management
9. Prepare Income and Expenditure Statements
10. Prepare profit and loss statements and balance sheets
11. File historical records and retrieve necessary documents for others
The Successful Applicant
1. AAT qualified and on the ACCA or ACA journey, or QBE
2. Effective written and verbal communication skills
3. Good customer care skills
4. Excellent prioritization and time management skills
5. Ability to work in an organized manner to meet strict deadlines, including planning, diary management, and maintaining department systems
6. Strong multitasking abilities with effective prioritization
