An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new District Nurse Team Leader within Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership. Candidates should be motivated to lead a busy Community Nursing Team with energy, innovation, and compassion, aiming for continuous quality improvement and transformational change.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and organisational skills and be keen to further develop leadership and management qualities.
