The Role:
* Support and guide a Key Stage 1 class in developing core skills in literacy and numeracy.
* Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and well-being.
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Foster curiosity, independence, and a love for learning in your pupils.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents and carers.
* Show commitment to high standards of teaching, behaviour, and professional development.
The Ideal Candidate:
* A newly qualified or recently qualified teacher with QTS.
* Knowledgeable and confident in the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
* Energetic, positive, and eager to grow within a school setting.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Committed to inclusive teaching and the individual progress of all pupils.
* Passionate about helping children flourish in their early years of education.
