Our Client is a highly successful and reputable PLC Volume Franchise Dealer, and they’re currently seeking an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join their team in the East London area.

Requirements:
An experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager with experience in a franchised dealer
Strong core knowledge of a DMS System.
A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
Strong Technical knowledge
An Assistant Aftersales Manager capable of leading and maintaining high standards, within a day-to-day environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist leading the Aftersales Team – overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams
Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams
Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department. The salary for this position is £35,360 basic with a potential OTE of £41,000.
