The Role
You will teach Art & Design across Key Stages 3–5, helping students explore diverse artistic media while developing technical skill and creative confidence. Lessons will incorporate both practical and theoretical elements, and ECTs are encouraged to bring fresh ideas to the department. You’ll receive weekly mentoring, CPD workshops, and feedback sessions designed to strengthen your classroom practice.
The role also offers the chance to participate in art exhibitions, cross-curricular projects, and national competitions, allowing you to share your enthusiasm for art both within and beyond the school community.
