Overview
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the shift, ensuring the team is motivated and provides excellent customer service. You will be training staff, assisting the Manager with managerial tasks alongside all other front-of-house daily duties.

To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Retail Manager with stock control and ordering, staff rotas and shift patterns, alongside training and coaching your team.
* Ensure cleaning schedules are in place and followed by staff to maintain high standards.
* Operate the till and cash handling, explore upselling opportunities and provide excellent customer service.
* Make drinks and serve food.
* Greet customers and provide a welcoming and friendly environment.
* Demonstrate a real understanding of the menu items and can explain them to customers in an enthusiastic manner; train new starters.
* Cash management, giving change, recording orders, and cashing up.

Qualifications / Requirements

* This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week. Shifts range between 07:30 and midnight.
