Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks
To assist with the provision of a statutory service to the public for the registration of births, stillbirths, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships and also provide citizenship ceremonies.
To follow procedures in accordance with marriage and civil partnership acts and other relevant legislation.
To ensure that all births, stillbirths, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships occurring in the district are registered and ensuring that all statutory procedures are followed.
1. Registration of births, stillbirths, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships.
2. Conduct marriage/civil partnership/citizenship ceremonies
3. To assist with the smooth operation of the registration office.
4. Prepare and issue legal certificates.
5. Book, arrange and conduct citizenship ceremonies on behalf of the Home Office.
6. Receive statutory and non-statutory fees.
7. Being customer focused and working as a team together.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
