FINTEC Recruit are recruiting Electrical Engineers for their well established manufacturing client based in the Stirling area.
These are permanent positions working shifts based on a 5‑shift rota (average 38 hours/week, 18 shifts over a 35‑day cycle)
Role & Responsibilities
* Electrical maintenance support across site
* Planned and preventative maintenance using CMMS
* Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians
* Resolve unplanned breakdowns right first time
* Ensure safety, compliance, and accurate shift reporting
Skills & Experience
* HNC in Electrical discipline (or equivalent experience)
* Completed 4‑year recognised apprenticeship (essential)
* Strong skills in PLCs, HV/LV systems, fault finding & isolation
* Strong communicator and team player
* Excellent problem‑solving ability
* Positive, proactive leadership approach
