About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-moving sales team where you'll have a direct impact on customer success and business performance. In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging both new and existing users, guiding them through onboarding, resolving issues that affect service continuity, and helping them get the most from the platform. It's a varied, high-contact position ideal for someone who enjoys consultative sales and building strong customer relationships.
This is typically a Monday to Friday role (9am - 5:30pm) with one evening shift from 11am - 7:30am once a week. One Saturday shift every 4 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive growth across the full customer lifecycle - engage new prospects, retain existing users, recover inactive accounts, and encourage greater platform adoption.
2. Initiate high-volume outbound contact using phone, email, WhatsApp, and video calls to convert prospects into active users.
3. Re-engage with lapsed customers, identify blockers, and help them get back on track.
4. Promote additional support services to customers not currently receiving direct guidance.
5. Manage your own workflow and pipeline to meet daily conversion targets and ensure follow-ups are consistently actioned.
6. Provide honest, informed advice that supports customer outcomes and builds long-term engagement.
About You
You're a confident, motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy speaking with people, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that genuinely help. You're results-driven, organised, and comfortable managing your own workload across multiple workstreams.
You'll bring previous experience in a sales, retention, or customer engagement role-ideally in a tech-enabled business-and have a strong grasp of CRM tools and digital communication platforms. A reliable home working setup and high-speed internet connection are essential for success in this hybrid role.
