About The Role
Frognal House Care Home, based in Sidcup is looking for someone proactive and enthusiastic to take charge of the facilities team and join us as our Maintenance Co-Ordinator. You will be reporting directly to the General Manager and be responsible for maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for your residents and team members, ensuring the smooth running of facilities and maintaining an excellent standard of general upkeep for the building.
This is a special role because it gives you the chance to make a difference to our residents lives every day. From helping residents hang pictures in their rooms, moving furniture, collecting prescriptions or driving the minibus, this is a role where you can demonstrate your natural values of being Proud, Supportive and Caring.

About You
To be successful in this role, it is essential you have prior experience working within a facilities team and already have, or be willing to complete, the Health and Safety Level 2 training. You will have a solid understanding of systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical. You will be proud of your home and enjoy building relationships with the residents, ensuring they are happy and comfortable with their environment.
