Here's what a typical day includes:
* Supporting the Cosmetics team in achieving business strategy and commercial targets
* Setting up all new products on Superdrug systems using online templates and liaising with suppliers and internal teams
* Loading in-store and online promotions, checking artwork and customer communications for accuracy and legal compliance
* Supporting weekly sales performance reports for Monday trade meetings and ad hoc analyses
* Collaborating with store operations to handle store queries
* Updating cost and retail prices in the system
* Onboarding new suppliers and setting up their accounts
* Raising invoices to suppliers in line with business plans
* Supporting marketing activities such as sampling, social media, and online shoots by liaising with the marketing team and suppliers
* Assisting buyers with ad hoc tasks and departmental queries

* You’re ambitious and eager to learn the fundamentals of a buying environment
* You are obsessed with health and beauty and love staying up-to-date with the latest trends
* You have experience working in a fast-paced office environment, ideally in a buying role
* You possess excellent communication skills
* You have exceptional attention to detail
* You can work to deadlines and prioritize your workload effectively
* You are proactive and can work independently

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm. Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities, with 2 days remote and 3 days in our stylish, modern office near East Croydon Station.
