Business Development Manager
Yolk Recruitment is partnering with an innovative and growing organisation within the vehicle graphics, signage, and visual branding sector to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to play a key role in driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence across the UK and Europe.
The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while nurturing and developing existing client relationships. Working closely with sales and marketing teams, you will help shape and deliver the company's growth strategy, ensuring customer needs and commercial objectives remain aligned.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and target markets.
* Create and implement strategic business development plans to support company growth objectives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
* Generate and qualify new leads through networking, client meetings, and industry engagement.
* Represent the business at trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
* Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close new business opportunities.
Requirements
* Industry experience within printing sectors, vehicle graphics, signage
* Proven track record of success in a senior business development or sales role.
* Strong experience managing and developing customer and client relationships.
* Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Ability to travel domestically and internationally when required.
* Comfortable working remotely and managing a varied workload independently.
