My client is an international examinations board predominantly operating in the arts sector.
We are looking for an Exam Delivery Coordinator to join on a temporary basis to help during their peak exam time. This is to start in early May and run for approximately three months. You will mostly work at home but will be required to attend training/meetings on site in central London/zone 1.
Duties to include:
responding to email enquiries about the award
advise exam centres on the process of entering candidates and answering straightforward queries
supporting customers to enter their candidates for arts/qualifications via online platforms and via email
process candidate enrolments and assessment information to support the moderation process
undertake general admin and finance admin tasks
About you:
previous administrative experience
previous experience of customer / client service
strong IT skills especially MS packages: Excel, Outlook and Word
experience of working with databases and CRMs
able to work under pressure and to deadlines
able to start quickly with no notice and commit for at least three months
an interest in arts and education would be highly beneficial
