From turning MQLs into meaningful conversations to uncovering upsell and cross-sell potential, youll help us connect the right customers with the right solutions all while capturing the intelligence that powers smarter selling.

Key Responsibilities as a Senior Business Development Representative:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
* Proactively prospect Marketing-driven campaigns into a defined group of SME/Enterprise customers.
* Convert MQLs into SQLs through multi-touchpoint engagement including calls, emails, and social outreach.
* Uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities, capturing detailed business intelligence and customer sentiment.
* Follow agreed Rules of Engagement, ensuring account manager alignment and use of approved communication channels.
