Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, target and onboard potential clients and candidates
* Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships through effective communication and understanding of their hiring needs.
* Collaborate with clients to develop tailored recruitment solutions that align with their business goals.
* Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless recruitment process and exceed client expectations.
* Market research to establish a comprehensive database of prospective clients.
* Regularly update and cleanse the internal database/CRM to ensure accuracy and relevance.
* Utilise CRM tools to track/take notes of client interactions, business development activities, and sales performance.
* Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
* Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
